Use of GPS Location Data

We provide GPS and Geolocation features that provide employers the confidence to ensure their employees are clocking into correct job locations, and GPS Breadcrumb features that provide awareness of an employee's location during work hours.  These features are turned off by default.  If the employer decides to enable Geo-Location Services, the employee will be presented with an option to Accept or Deny location tracking services on their mobile app or mobile device.  The App will collect location data when the App Running and the GPS is authorized by the App user (visible to the user or running in the background), to stop location tracking the employee will need to either punch out or close the app. If the employee elects to not allow GPS tracking on their device, then no data will be recorded or visible to the employer.  GPS location information is not shared with third-party services.
