Additional Report Formats

Benefit to the OnTheClock User

Utilize various reports to review data entered in OnTheClock.  

  1. Log in as the administrator.
  2. Click on “Time Cards” at the top of the screen.
  3. Below are options in the “More” button off to the right.

 

Attendance Report

If you have a fixed schedule set up, with in and out times, you may check the "Attendance" box in "Time Cards" to use this report in the "More" button to see who was early and late.  Click here for fixed schedule set up instructions.

 

Vertical Totals Export

This will give you a CSV file that only has 4 columns. They are Employee Name, Employee Number, Type and Total Hours.  The "type" field is for what type of hours. This report can be used to get a total number of hours for a pay period or a period of time using the "Custom" line in the search & filter section.

 

Hour Totals by Job & Dept

This report will give you a CSV file that only has 7 columns. They are Employee Name, Employee Number, PayPeriod Start, PayPeriod End, HoursType, Hours, Job, and Department.  This report can be used to get a total number of hours for a pay period or a period of time using the "Custom" line in the search & filter section.

Connect Pay by Department

This export is specifically designed for Connect Pay to export out hours by the department. Everyone has access to use it so you may want to experiment with it to see if it will work for you.
