OnTheClock’s Who’s In feature is useful for tracking which employees are currently clocked in or out, as well as the location from which they clocked in. You can also manually clock in or out employees who may have forgotten to punch.

View Who’s In

On a Browser

Step 1: Log in as an administrator or manager.
Step 2: Navigate to “Who’s In.”
Step 3: To view punch locations, click “Show Map.”


On Mobile

Step 1: Log in as an administrator or manager.
Step 2: Tap on “More.”
Step 3: Tap on “Who’s In.”
Step 4: To view punch locations, tap “View Map” in the upper right corner.

Correct Missed Punches

On a Browser



Step 1: Log in as an administrator or manager.
Step 2: Navigate to “Who’s In.”
Step 3: Locate the employee who missed their punch.
Step 4: Under “Manual Punch,” click “Punch In” or “Punch Out.”
Step 5: If necessary, enter the corrected punch time.
Step 6: Tap the “Punch In” or “Punch Out” button.


On Mobile



Step 1: Log in as an administrator or manager.
Step 2: Tap on “More.”
Step 3: Tap on “Who’s In.”
Step 4: Tap on the name of the employee who missed their punch.
Step 5: If necessary, enter the corrected punch time.
Step 6: Tap the “Punch In” or “Punch Out” button.
