Stay Signed In
Overview
“Stay signed in” will allow you quicker access to the website. If you abruptly close out of a session and go to the site again, you will remain logged in.

You will only stay logged in for a rolling period of 30 days;

You can choose to log out at any time;

This option only applies to administrators and managers, not employees; and
-
We strongly recommend you do not stay signed in on a shared device.
Setup
At the time of login, you will be prompted with a checkbox that allows you to stay signed in.
Stay Signed In
- Step 1: Go to the login screen
- Step 2: Check the box to stay signed in

- Step 3: Click login
What to Expect
Once you have selected to stay signed in, you will now be able to bring up the OnTheClock website, bypass the login procedure, and enter the website immediately so you can continue working!
Can my employees use this feature for desktop sign on?
No. This feature is only available for administrators and managers
Can I force a sign out?
Yes. You can logout at any time by clicking your initials and then selecting “logout.”
I checked the box as a preference and selected my employee profile at login, but it did not automatically log me back in as an employee. Why?
This feature will only apply to your administrator and manager profiles, not to your employee login.
