Cancel or Reactivate Your Account
Overview
If you cancel the service before the 14th day of the month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. If you cancel on or after the 14th day of the month, you will be billed for that month before your account is canceled.
If you’d like to reactivate your account, email support@ontheclock.com, call (888) 753-5999, or live chat from any page on ontheclock.com.
Where do I go to close my account?
Step 1: Log in to your OnTheClock account as an Administrator.
Step 2: Click Settings in the main navigation.

Step 3: Select Billing Info.

Step 4: Scroll to the Your Services section.
Step 5: Click Close My Account.

Before continuing, download any important data such as:
• Employee time cards
• Payroll records
• Attendance reports

Confirm Account Closure
Step 6: Complete the quick exit survey.

Step 7: Type CLOSE AND DELETE in the confirmation field.
Step 8: Click Close My Account to finalize the request.

Step 9: After submitting the request, you will receive a follow-up email from the OnTheClock support team confirming your account closure request.
⚠️ Important
After your account is closed, access to your OnTheClock data will be removed. Be sure to download any reports or time card records before completing this process.
Note that deactivating your account will permanently delete all data associated with your account — be sure to retain any records you may need to access later.
