Attachment use as an Employee

Employee Use of Attachments

Permissions set by an administrator may allow for an employee to add attachments to a time card. They may be able to browse for photos to add at any time or they may only get the option to a photo at the time of clock in/out. Up to four photos can be added per clock in and out. 

Adding an Attachment at Clock In/Out on the Website

Log in using your username/password → Tap the square with the “+” → take a photo with camera/webcam or "browse" to attach a file → Click take a photo or upload desired photo → Click “ok” to accept photo → click punch in/out. 

Adding an Attachment at Clock In/Out on the App

Log in using your username/password → Tap the Punch in/out button Tap the square with the “+” → take a photo with camera/webcam or "browse" to attach a file → Click take a photo or upload desired photo → Click “ok” to accept photo → click punch in/out.

Viewing Attachments on Website

Log in using your username/password → Click “My TimeCard” →  photo attachments will be displayed under the "in" and "out" times.

Viewing Attachments on App

Log in using your username/password → Click “My TimeCard” →  photo attachments will be displayed under the "in" and "out" times.

Editing Attachments on Website

Log in using your username/password → Click “My TimeCard” → click on the entry with the attachment need to be updated → Move your cursor over the image and click the red X to remove it → Click in the blank box with the "+" symbol to upload a new image → Save. 

Editing Attachments on App

Log in using your username/password → Tap "Timecards" → Tap on "Details” → In Time Card Detail, tap a timecard to view → In the Timecard Entry, tap the hours under "Punch Log" → tap the photo to get the full image display → Tap "Close" to exit your view → or tap "delete" to remove the attachment → Tap the "+" symbol to upload a new image → Save.
