Can I compare scheduled shifts to actual punch times?
 Yes. The Schedule vs. Actual report automatically compares scheduled shifts against punch data and flags no-shows, late arrivals, and early outs. 
Who can see gross pay in the reports?
Gross pay visibility is admin-only. Only users with admin-level access and permission to view pay rates will see gross pay figures in the Payroll Summary and Overtime reports. Managers and employees see hours only.
Can I export OnTheClock reports?
Yes. All three reports: Payroll Summary, Overtime, and Schedule vs. Actual are fully exportable so you can pull the data into your payroll processor, share it with your accountant, or keep it for your records.
