Who’s In

Overview

OnTheClock's Who's In feature is helpful for tracking which employees are clocked in or out, as well as the location from which they clocked in. You can also manually clock in or out employees who may have forgotten to punch.

Correct Missed Punches

  1. Step 1: Log in as an administrator or manager.
  2. Step 2: Navigate to “Who’s In.”
  3. Step 3: Locate the employee who missed their punch.
  4. Step 4: Under “Manual Punch,” click “Punch In” or “Punch Out.”
  5. Step 5: If necessary, enter the corrected punch time.
  6. Step 6: Tap the “Punch In” or “Punch Out” button.

I'm not seeing any pins on the map.
Be sure to use the filter options and select an employee, this will ensure more accurate results on the map.
How can I tell if a punch was created from the who's in clock in area?
When you review a time card record individually you will notice initials "AD" which means this was an administrative added punch.
