OnTheClock's pricing has no hidden fees and offers simple, flexible costs that grow with your business.

  1. Step 1: Download our free mobile app for iOS or Android.
  2. Step 2: Launch the app.
  3. Step 3: Complete the sign-up process.
  4. Step 4: Verify your account — we’ll send you a link via email.
  5. Step 5: Enter your “time zone ” and “add employees ”.


What to Expect

  1. During your trial period, you’ll have full access to all functionalities and tools OnTheClock offers. 

    At a minimum, we recommend setting up your account, entering at least one or two employees, having them clock their time by punching in and out, and reviewing their time cards. 

    Of course, during the trial period, you can also enter all of your employees, enable all of the features applicable to your business (such as paid time off or overtime tracking), and begin using OnTheClock for time tracking. You can also export time cards to your payroll provider or use one of our popular payroll integration solutions. When your trial period ends, you will need to choose a billing option and activate your account to continue your OnTheClock subscription.

Can I access all of OnTheClock's features on the mobile app?
You can use our mobile app as your primary time clock device; however, there are currently portions of account setup that can only be completed when accessing your OnTheClock account via a web browser. This may change in the future, as we are constantly updating our app and adding new features.
Do I need to download any extra software to use your time clock?
No. Our time clock is 100% web-based, so no additional downloads are required.
